Main Room

Our home is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse located in South Fort Myers, FL, conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, beaches, hospitals, new public library and Lakes Park, with easy access to I-75. The townhouse was built by reputable Pulte Homes in 2004.  The exterior has recently been painted!

The first floor is a very desirable open floor plan perfect for families or those looking to entertain!! The screened front door leads into the foyer where you can either take the stairs to the second floor or enter into the main living area.



The entire downstairs is painted in a warm yellow color. The large spacious kitchen is off to your left. The eat-in kitchen includes all white appliances, ceramic tile floors and beautiful raised panel white cabinets with crown molding. There is a large pantry in the kitchen and lots of cabinet space for storage. There is a door from the kitchen leading to the one car garage.
